Lecture of Róbert Szőke

Quantization of compact Riemannian symmetric spaces

The Department of Geometry is pleased to divulge that

Szőke, Róbert Róbert Szőke
(ELTE, Budapest, Hungary)

gives a lecture at the Kerékjártó Seminar with title

Kompakt Riemann szimmetrikus terek kvantálása
(Quantization of compact Riemannian symmetric spaces)

Date and place of the lecture is:

Thursday September 20, 2018, at 12:30,
room Riesz (BO-104)

Abstract of the lecture:
In geometric quantization it is an important question to answer whether the quantum Hilbert spaces obtained, using some natural family of polarizations, are canonically isomorphic or not.
In the talk I shall discuss the case when the phase space is the (co)tangent bundle of a compact Riemannian symmetric space equipped with the family of adapted Kähler structures.
