This is a 4-days workshop about finite geometry, Galois fields, coding theory and combinatorics.
The talks will deal with the following subjects:

- Independent sets in hypergraphs
- Arcs and caps from cubic curves and their applications in coding theory
- Geometry of the Hermitian varieties
- Objects in finite planes and their collineation groups
