      What is in this folder?

There are two programs for the same purpose;
BooGenEZ  is short and easy-to-understand while BooGnFtr 
is long, more involved, and approximately 8 times faster.

These programs are in three zipped files.
BooleGen-pas contains the source Dev-Pascal 1.9.2 source files.
BooleGen-exe contains the executable files.
BooleGen-fut also contains the executable files but the are renamed
  from *.exe   to *.fut   (allow to show filename extension for
  File Manager to see the extensions "exe" and "fut"). 

The idea is that if your fire-wall does not allow to download 
BooleGen-exe, then it may still allow to download BooleGen-fut. 
If so, then you should rename BooGenEZ.fut to BooGenEZ.exe
and BooGnFtr.fut to BooGnFtr.exe, and they are ready to use.

Another option is to dowload the source files *.pas
zipped into BooleGen-source, and use a Dev-Pascal 1.9.2
compiler (available in the Internet) to get the *.exe files.
