February 9, 2015 (not only for algebraists): If n > 7, then there exist positive integers k,m, a, and b such that n=k+m and the inscribed (= cyclic) convex n-gon of side lengths a, a, ..., a (k copies) and b, b, ... , b (m copies) exists but it is geometrically not constructible with straightedge and compass from a and b.
