Moebius transformation

This is a good example that one more dimension can simplify things enormously.

Take a look at the following movie to understand the Moebius transform $$ \mu\colon{\Bbb C}\to{\Bbb C}\quad \mu(z)=\frac{az+b}{cz+d} $$ a lot better.

The same without narrator, but with subtitle.
