In this
paper the investigation of invariant subspace lattices of $C\sb{11}$-contractions,
begun in former papers of the author, is continued. Special emphasis
is put on the behaviour of hyperinvariant subspaces under quasi-similarity.
Moreover, a negative answer is given to a problem of Sz.-Nagy
and Foja\c{s}. |
